In mechanical models roll unwinding is done by pouch length pulling rollers. After unwinding the film roll pass through one folding collar where it takes the form of a tube. The said Film is under constant pressure to make sure that the film stays in its place while the machine is doing vertical sealing and pulling. Pouch length is decided by the print mark which is printed on the packing film and censored by the print mark sensor.

There is a pair of round horizontal sealers which has a cutting knife of various designs as per pouch requirement. Horizontal sealing can be of different patterns like line type or diamond type impression. During this unwinding, forming, tube formation and horizontal sealing process products are filled in the formed tube just before the horizontal sealing.
